This course provides you with the 18 hours of instruction required to be eligible to apply for the Florida Community Association Manager (CAM) license. The course covers Florida laws and regulations governing community associations, governing documents, financial management, maintenance and operations, insurance and risk management, meetings and official records, ethics, and human relations. Upon successful completion, students will receive a Certificate of Completion and be prepared to apply for and sit for the Florida CAM licensure examination.
